Fitness should be fun and accesible for everyone. It is not a time to wage war on your body, rather, a time to celebrate, embrace, and love your body while working towards a stronger and healthier you!

 I just wanted to share a major non scale victory before I forget!! Prior to surgery and building a healthy lifestyle vacuuming my house was like a full day chore where I broke up rooms into pieces so I could take a break and catch my breath. I had a some spare time between meetings this morning and I ended up vacuuming my entire house and stairs without getting out of breath at all! I barely even broke a sweat! AND I was up and down off the floor doing baseboards with no problem!!! Your strength training program has been TRANSFORMATIONAL to my life!!!


I have been training with Desiree for several years. Desiree is that rare individual who manages to be both inspirational and completely down-to-earth and approachable at the same time. She is warm, energetic, welcoming and encouraging to everyone who takes class with her. She truly looks out for her students and takes care to ensure proper form. Desiree pushes us to go harder, faster, stronger, longer, but never with risk of injury. I am truly fortunate to have someone like Desiree as a positive influence in my life. 


Desiree is a phenomenal personal trainer and her postpartum workouts are no exception! I have been a client of Desiree's while pregnant, postpartum, and just under normal circumstances. Desiree made the transition back to working out after having a baby so seamless! She tailored my workout to how many weeks postpartum I was, my fatigue, and any injuries I had. Desiree made the workouts the perfect balance of doable and challenging so I could feel myself getting stronger every week! As a mom herself, Desiree understands that you have to go at your own pace and really encourages listening to your body and only doing what you can handle. I look forward to my workouts every Thursday - they are seriously the highlight of my day!
