Spend a delightful afternoon in good company with other pregnant women! 

We will spend our time together chatting, grounding, yoga-ing, strength training, and there will obviously be time for snacking!

As both a prenatal fitness coaching specialistic and a pregnant chick, I can't wait to show you how you can support, strengthen, and savor your pregnant body.

This is a virtual retreat so you can enjoy our time together from the comfort of your own home.  You don't even have to brush your teeth or bathe! 

This is a casual event.  Wear what feels comfy!  Our time together should be 2 1/2 hours that make you feel good. 

You can participate in all of the sessions or just watch.  I will be providing handouts so you can do the movement on your own as well.
