Fourthified is a 14-week, self-paced program designed to rebuild your physical and emotional body from the core out. The course kicks off with a virtual group session during which I will go over my one-of-a-kind Fourthified framework and the Fourthified program itself (the five phases, recommended objectives, suggested schedules and goals, breath work, sample menu, and workouts that you can do starting the day of delivery. Yes! The day of delivery!).
This course will give you the tools you need to begin rebuilding your body (and maybe even your soul) from your hospital bed…or wherever you deliver! If, however, you are not ready to begin immediately after delivery, Fourthified can be implemented on your own timeline. That’s the beauty of a self-paced program! You control the progress because you know your body best.
Fourthified also includes my exclusive Bulletproof Your Core Bonus Guide which we will go over in a second group session, four weeks after the first. You can start incorporating this guide once your body is feeling ready. That might be six weeks postpartum, it might be 14 weeks postpartum, or it might be six months postpartum. Whatever works for you! All Fourthified workouts include videos of each exercise, as well as recommended reps and sets.
Also included are links to six pre-recorded fitness classes so you have some movement options once you've completed Fourthified. You get two 30-minute Baby & Me classes, two 60-minute Strengthen & Stretch classes, and two 60-minute yoga classes.
Fourthified also includes a sample menu and some quick and easy recipes. I know some of y’all are already stressed about the sample menu. Don’t be! It includes Costco pizza as one of the meals! We’re just trying to stay fueled during this fourth trimester. Keeping our bodies fueled is an integral part of postpartum recovery. Everything in Fourthified is a suggestion; it’s meant to enhance your life, not stress you out! We will also go over the menu and recipes in one of the virtual group sessions
