The Fourthified: 14 Week Platinum Program is a self-paced program, but includes weekly check ins with Desirée to discuss goals, changes that need to be made to the workouts, or if you just need to vent. Fourthified's five phases are all complete with recommended objectives, suggested schedule and goals, and workouts that you can do starting the day of delivery. The workouts include videos of all the exercises as well as recommended reps and sets. Fourthified also includes a sample menu and some quick and easy recipes. Everything in FOurthified is a suggestion, it’s meant to enhance your life, not stress you out! I know some of y’all are already stressed about the sample menu. Don’t be! It includes Costco pizza as one of the meals! We’re just trying to stay fueled during this fourth trimester.
